Lost 30 pounds in three months.
Don't you hate it when...
someone you know loses weight, and you’re so happy for them! And you ask how they did it, now all the sudden they’re a nutritionist/weight loss coach and tell you that you have to pay for their program because they can’t just go around telling everyone how they did it…and you’ve known them for 17 years….

you have your phone dangling in front of your face while you’re laying down, then all of the sudden it magically ninja jumps out of your fingers and scissors kicks you in the face?!!!
